Description:

The spools are quartered surrounding the stranding cage while the weight of the spools is removed from the center axis which results high rigid strength,excellent performance,less moment of inertia and high running speed.The equipment adopts 36-level speed gear box rotation,dual active dual traction device and the sub-line wheels is branched naturally which can avoid the wire core snag while stranding.The most advanced automatically stop device for wire breaking can directly control each spool.If the wire on any of the spool breaks, the machine will automatically stop running to wait for filling the wire.It is especially fit for production of electrical cable and high pressed XLPE cable.

Mainly used for the electrical cable core stranding of the sector conductor,circular conductor pressed stranding,drawing pressed stranding and single core preformed pressed stranding for bare aluminum wire,bare copper wire and steel-core aluminum stranding wire.
